Trinity Hospitality was established in 2010 in response to the changing landscape in the hospitality industry. We recognised that many hoteliers and operators wanted to tap into professional expertise for specific areas of their business. They did not necessarily need or want a full management contract and were happy to remain at the helm of their operation. Our flexible business model allows hotel owners and operators to select from a list of specialised services which best suit the needs of their business.
Some clients work with us for group purchasing and see instant savings in their cost base. Some clients introduce our hotel loyalty programme to help retain their regular guests and reduce OTA commissions. Other clients work with us for revenue management and digital marketing. We don't tie our clients into onerous contracts, we simply work out what's going to have the most positive impact on the performance of their business and implement our systems to maximise their investment.
